Doug Keleher was born in Sioux City, Iowa. His father worked for Swift Meat Company and transferred to Stockton, California in 1968. His father and family moved to Lodi, California in 1974. Doug finished middle school and graduated high school mid-term in 1979 in Lodi. He went to work for Accent Paper Company as a truck driver until it was time to go to college. He attended Delta College for 2 years where he studied business and drafting. While attending Delta College he worked the graveyard shift for Martin Brower. Doug was offered a sales position with Accent Paper Company in 1980. He took that position and sold Industrial Packaging for 32 years. After 32 years he thought it was time to make a change in his career. He decided to go into the transportation industry and got his start with Meyer Trucking 2012 where he was responsible for sales and managing an office in Manteca, California. Sadly, Meyer Trucking went out of business. Shortly after that he had a meeting with Joe Giammona where he was presented with an opportunity to developing JSG Trucking Company’s brokerage side of the business. Doug is responsible for maintaining customer relations with JSG Trucking’s customer base as well as developing any new business that can be added to the Brokerage side. Doug is also developing new relations with sub haulers and new business on the brokerage side.
Doug is married to his wife Sandra. Doug and Sandra have 4 sons 1 daughter, 4 grand daughters, 2 grandsons, 1 new granddaughter on the way, 3 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons and 1 new great granddaughter on the way. They all live in Lodi/Stockton/Galt area. Doug’s wife is semi-retired and takes care of the household and their rental property they have. In Doug’s spare time he likes to play golf, go boating, camping, swim and spend time with his family and friends.
